Process for Obtaining a Quote and/or Ordering Spunstrand Product

We do have a Rep network throughout the United States but rep or no rep we are happy to help.

  1. Typical information needed to obtain a quote: Project Name, Project Location, Project Type, Project Specification, and Applicable Project Drawings.  If the Find-A-Rep information directs you to Spunstrand please know if your bid is needed sooner than 72 hours we prefer a project take-off from you.
  2. To start out please view the Find-A-Rep portion of our website to obtain the Spunstrand Rep contact info for the area your project is in.

a) We usually require the following documents completed to fulfill your order.

– To Be Completed One Time: NEW CUSTOMER INFORMATION SHEET
(This doc provides us pertinent info of your company such as your mailing address, physical address &   the credit or A/P contact for your company.)

– To Be Completed One Time: SPUNSTRAND TERMS & CONDITIONS
(This doc spells out the Terms of our sale.)

Current RESALE CERTIFICATE from your company for the “Ship to State”

– To be completed one time for orders > $15,000: CREDIT APPLICATION
(This completed doc provides us info of three of your trade references)

– To Be Completed One Time for order >$15,000: JOB INFORMATION SHEET
(This completed doc provides us pertinent info RE the job site, the property owner, the General    Contractor, etc.)
